Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Monday- Friday 9 AM- 5PM Central time (though sometimes you can catch us in the middle of the night!); Limited hours on US federal holidays.
Q: What size bracelet should I order?
A: We recommend that you measure the narrowest area of your wrist with a tape measure. Pull the tape measure close to your skin, but be careful not to meausure too tightly. We will add half an inch to the number you come up with. For example, if your wrist measures 7.0 inches, you will receive a bracelet that measures 7.5 inches.
If you do not have tape measure, use a string or strip or paper. Mark your measurements and measure your marked string or paper with a ruler.
It is very important that you order the proper bracelet size of the recipient. If you are unsure of the size- our standard size for women is 7.5 inches and for men it's 8.5 inches. We offer Arm Candy bracelet resizing for a fee of $5 per bracelet. If a customer returns a bracelet for resizing, this would require the entire bracelet to be cut and made again. Completing this process requires time.
Remember, a bracelet that is worn too tight is at risk of breaking than one that is a bit loose around the wrist.
If you are not able to acquire the wrist size of the recipient, we strongly recommend purchasing Arm Candy gift certificate. This allows the recipient to select his/her proper bracelet size and options. Contact us to arrange obtain your gift certificate.
Q: How can I make a custom order?
A: In each of the collections listed on our site, there is a listing for a custom order and the tiered pricing per piece. When you check out you will note your size, colors, and any stone requests. We will contact you for specific details and will get your final approval before we ship to ensure your piece(s) are exactly how you imagined.
Q: How long has Arm Candy been around?
A: Arm Candy started in the summer of 2016 with myself and my youngest son, Xavier. Xavier has since become bored and has moved on to more important things like MineCraft and swimming :)
For now, you can only find us online or in various boutiques and gift shops in Texas.
Q: What is your shipping process?
A: Once a purchase is complete, your item will be shipped via USPS with 1 to 2 business days. You will be given tracking information via email, so that you can check on the status of your shipment until delivery.
Q: What makes Arm Candy different?
A: All of our pieces are handmade in our workshop in the Dallas, TX area. We do not buy pre-made items from other countries. We source many of our materials locally and if we do buy outside of Texas, we buy from other small business. Our pieces are made from high-quality natural stones, metals and metallics, glass, and shells.
All of our customers have the option of having their very own custom piece of Arm Candy made to their specifications, style, and design. That is our specialty.
Q: How do I care for my Arm Candy?
A: To ensure your Arm Candy has a long life, remove your Arm Candy before you go to sleep, before showering or bathing, and before swimming. Be careful if you play sports with your Arm Candy on, as most of the stones are natural, you do risk your beads breaking.
You will receive a special Arm Candy cotton muslin pouch with your order in which to keep your Arm Candy. This will give you a place to store your Arm Candy when traveling or at home when you're not wearing it.
Q: How much is shipping?
We have flat rate shipping of $3 (USPS first class) anywhere in the United States. Shipping fees to other areas vary depending on current rates. If you'd like your pieces expedited or shipped through another carrier, please select your shipping choice at check out or add that in your purchase notes and you will be invoiced for those charges.
Q: Do you have a return policy?
Yes! If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know the issue and we will work to resolve it.
Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only (no refunds or exchanges). Returns must be made within 30 days of the DELIVERED date. Once items have been received by Arm Candy from customer, customer will receive a store credit in the form of an e-credit code that will be sent to the email address on file from the order placed.
The store credit/e-credit code will never expire.
Returns will be made at the customer's expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as Arm Candy will not be responsible for damaged or misplaced shipments.
Q: Do you ship packages internationally?
Yes; we ship worldwide. Please select your country at checkout. Any customs duties or VAT are the responsibility of the buyer. We are legally obligated to declare Arm Candy purchases as merchandise and list them at the actual sales price.

We have promotions only a few times per year, so please be sure you are signed up for our email newsletter or are following us on Instagram or Facebook. You will also receive great rewards and discounts when you sign up for the Arm Candy rewards program.
If you have a valid Arm Candy promotion code, first add all of your preferred items to your shopping cart and click "Check Out". You will then enter your coupon code in box called "Discount" on the checkout page.
